All these are internet properties of  iConneXions and its affiliates ("iConneXions," "we," "our," or "us"). The users of these services are referred hereby as (“Users, “You”) in below terms and on our site. Each of the service ("websites") has specific privacy policies which may be reviewed on their respective web app home page.  The ToS on this page are generic in nature and such may be overridden by specific clause contained in their respective services' ToS clauses.

Use of Site

If you  download data or opt to receive uploaded data in electronic format from the site; you agree to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the materials thus provisioned. Also, the downloader or recipient of this data is also responsible to first scan the downloaded content for malicious virus or other harmful elements before use and processing within their systems. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post or otherwise use the content of this Site for public or commercial purposes without our written permission. EduConnX and its subsidiary entities, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders if we believe that your conduct violates the Terms of Use. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, the Service. You agree that you may not in your sole capacity  use our site if you are under the age of 12. Parental guidance and supervision is advised for access the site for users under the age of 12
While our services or the clients using these services, expect users to upload certain requested documents, we strongly urge the uploader to scan the files for any malicious virus, trojans or other malicious element prior to upload. We log internet IP address and systematically monitor the content; any attempt to subvert the system will immediately ban the user and blacklist their domain/IP address from further use of this system.
