HR Staff and employee dashboard provides contextual stats information for the logged-in user based on their role. For admins and management role it shows Key Performance and Quantitative matrices, Institute wide service ticket status, noticeboard, shared office calendar, Quick links for various system setup, drag-and-drop calendar to manage events etc.

Public facing Job portal for the institution. Institutions can publish available vacancies within the organisation and interested applicants can apply online and upload their resumes. iXHRMS provides a backend job portal management (CMS) and features to process received application and communication with shortlisted applicant.

Application based login and attendance tracker available. If enabled, employee electronically clocks in/out from their self-service portal. Geo-fencing using logged-in IP is feasible. HRMS admin staff can upload attendance data in CSV/XLS format from external biometric or other attendance system in a specified format. This also integrates an intuitive leave/holiday request, substitution provision, approval workflow with integrated e-mail messaging to all parties.

Employee Leave Tracker auto manages each employee leave ledgers with leave applied and balances for each leave type including leave without pay.

Define custom leave categories with support for institute-wide, department-wide down to individual employee wise leave policy over-ride features. Custom annual Leave calendar and Financial year schedule can be setup.

Internal-mail and SMS messaging with employees on various updates. This feature requires client subscription to a supported SMS gateway and Email gateway.

An organisation-wide peer-to-peer IM Chatbox functionality can also be enabled for non-intrusive communication among online/offline employees.

Payroll generator and e-distribution to employee. Payroll wil be computed based on defined salary structure, earnings, advances, loans, leave, statutory allowances and deductions ( ESI/PF/VPF/TDS ) and other payroll heads.

iXHRMS supports setup of unlimited allowances, reimbursements, deductions, salary deductions, loans and EMIs, over-times, commissions, bonus, leave encashment etc with salary-revision tracking and payroll computation based on pro-rate or fixed mode. Also supports monthly, daily or hourly mode wages computation based on attendance data and timesheet data for consulting roles.

A Salary Revision module for bulk salary revisions during the increment cycle. Simply download Excel with existing salary details, update and upload it back.

On E-mail and Mobile No, option to enable e-mail/sms based OTP logins at sytem level and by each users based on personal preference. Additional 2FA may be enabled for high privileged user roles.
